When a student receives a “record not found” message when attempting to log in, potential causes include:
Cause: Wrong user name and/or password may have been entered. The user name and password are NOT case sensitive, and they are sensitive to spaces. Caps Lock key may have been incorrectly turned on.
Solution: Check that the both the user name and/or password are entered correctly. The user name and password are case sensitive, and they are sensitive to spaces. If the problem is not resolved, then quit the browser and start again.
Cause: Student may be attempting to log into the wrong school.
Solution: Confirm correct school site is being accessed. Go to redbirdcourses.com and select the associated school page.
Note: If you are a teacher or student in Fulton County, you will log in at fcs.redbirdschools.com.
